| I have been contemplating what to begin my December blogging with for a while now, as you can see, it is December tenth and I am just now posting. A lot has happened in the last few weeks. The first semester of my psychology training is coming to a close, and in one case, it is bittersweet. But in my four other classes, it is grim. I really enjoyed my professors, enjoyed tapping their brain, and am grateful that they have shared their knowledge with me. I had an awesome birthday. I really thought 35 was going to be a scream- that is, me ripping my hair out screaming. It wasn't like that at all. My friends all made it an awesome night, and Dirty Deeds, the AC DC cover band I so love, made it all the more rockin'. So far, it is the best one to date. I discovered something about myself that night too. I discovered that you should never assume anything until you know for sure. I have to give Jody credit for that one. Yet still, I am glad I took the path I did in junior high, otherwise, as fate may have it, we may not even be speaking now; contrary to your more positive look on a possible outcome (giggle). However, those things can still be done. We don't have much catching up to do, and just lots of good times ahead I am sure. I am still not a huge fan of Christmas. It is a horrendous time of year for parents up until about 2a.m. Christmas Eve. LOL when we get to sleep. Especially for those of us who cannot afford to fill the "List" this year. My thoughts are with you all. And, thus, we have the beginning of my December blog....
